I just did somthing similar to this a week ago.
Declare the file:

DCLF       FILE(MYDSPF) RCDFMT(*ALL)

Send the first screen as:

SNDRCVF    RCDFMT(SCRNPARM)

Send subsequent screens as:

SNDRCVF    RCDFMT(WORKMSG) WAIT(*NO)
