Richard, I just tried this and it works: As you can see I've commented out the second line of two columns which was the original Insert. But when I commented it out it worked as well because the column attributes in the SELECT statement matched the column attributes of the table that is the subject of the INSERT statement which is a requirement. INSERT INTO WFLIB/WFD1REP -- (D1BPCD, D1ESCD) (select * from "DODOM1"/"TRSREV0") Hope this helps, Dave Odom Arizona
