Someone else mentioned using the OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) parameter on you SAV* commands. I think this will put a lot of what you want in an output file - DSPFFD QASAVOBJ to see the kind of information you can get. Once done, run some queries, then throw it away - or archive it, too.
