DoFor vs Leave

If I use WDSC and Ctrl-M on the first line of code it highlights down to 
the last line of this section.  However I get the error indicated.  Why?
             DoFor &X FROM(1) TO(5)
               CALL PGM(QYPSENDC) PARM('*PFR         '   X'00000000')
               MONMSG CPFB94A Do
                 dlyjob 120
                 iterate
               EndDo
               Leave
CPD0883: LEAVE command found outside of DO group.
             EndDo  /* DoFor &x from 1 to 5 */
According to the help for LEAVE it's supported in a DoFor group.

Of course, V5R3.  Not possible on earlier releases.
