Yes, ENDPFRCOL FRCCOLEND(*YES) forces collector out of the system, 
regardless of what collections it may have active.
ENDPFRCOL FRCCOLEND(*NO) - which is the default - is equivalent to 
QYPSENDC API.
It asks collector to end system profile collection. If there is nothing 
left to collect, collector job will end. But if the so called "aplication 
overrides" are in effect (they are used by MC monitors among other 
things), collector will stay active.
That is, QYPSPFRCOL job will stay in system, there will be active *MGTCOL 
object, etc.

collections also, while the QYPSENDC api does not?
