I really do not know. I am not the system manager at my shop and I think the 
only one on a Win NT Client with an old version of Client Access.

All users are or Win2000 with recent versions of Client Access and restrictions 
on rights have been loosened, not to say abandoned.

I'm going to test it tomorrow, but have little hope.

In theory: if a user cannot access the Control panel (Configuration folder) and 
open the DataSources, then it look secure to me.
