Re: Spool File Stuck in WTR Status

Is there any kind of external print card or twinax controller in between?
Releasing a held spool file should act like starting over. I would suspect
a problem at the printer or between iSeries & printer.
In your qezjoblog outq you may have some job logs from
QSPL that will indicate if some error is sensed.
