I want to create an email address by concatenating the user i.d with the 
domain, which is a constant.

Pseudocode:

DCL VAR(&EMAIL) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(??)
DCL VAR(&USER) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10)

RTVJOBA USER(&USER)

&EMAIL = &USER + '@DOMAIN.COM'

How is this best done in CL?
