Although they are fine towns, the problem with Milwaukee and Grand Rapids
is primarily the weather.

Milwaukee's weather is pretty much identical to Chicago, where the SpringCOMMON conference was held this year. Also, Milwaukee is the HQ of MidwestAirlines (formerly known as Midwest Express) and as such there are nonstopflights to many cities.

I think Milwaukee would be a great place for COMMON to have it'sconference.
