Hi Justin

I'll put a HOWTO together unless someone beats me to it. I did this at
V5R2 as that's the first time we'd got PASE available. I'll followup
here in a week or so when it's done.

A good place to see what AIX stuff is freely available to run in PASE is 
http://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/ - I've installed a number of AIX 5.1
binaries with no problems.
