Hi First, I need to verify if disabling forwarding datagrams ie. setting the IPDTGFWD value of CHGTCPA command to *NO is the same as disabling IP forwarding. Secondly, if it is the same thing, I need to retrieve the IPDTGFWD value (from CHGTCPA command) into a program. How can I do this. Thanks Kamala. > Syntel Limited > 21 Mount Road,Saidapet, > Chennai-600015 > Project : Symantec Ext : (0441)3213 Direct : (44) 22201017 > -----Original Message----- > From: Edith Lueke [SMTP:lueke@xxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Monday, June 27, 2005 9:20 PM > To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: Disable IP forwarding on AS/400 > > CHGTCPA IPDTGFWD(*NO) > > > ******************** > > Edith Lueke > User-Centered Design Team, iSeries > http://w3.rchland.ibm.com/~lueke > email: lueke@xxxxxxxxxx > http://www.ibm.com/eserver/iseries/ucd > 507-253-4908 Tie: 8-553-4908 > > Few things can help an individual more than to place responsibility on > him, > and to let him know that you trust him. -- Booker T.
