If you suspect the network guys have changed something, you could try asking 
them to double check that the mail server is set up to allow it to forward on 
mail from both your iseries IP addresses.  When I set up our iseries to do 
SNDDST that was the final problem that stumped me for a while.

Does anyone know if SNDDST will still work when IBM removes SNA support?  Or Am 
I getting worried over nothing.

Is MSF started on the iSeries?
Try using the STRMSF command.
Your email may be in the distribution queue and waiting for MSF to take it and 
send to internet.
