The file was journaled with the IMAGES(*BOTH) and the changes weren't made under commitment control. In other words: STRJRNPF IMAGES(*BOTH), causes the before and after to _ALWAYS_ be written to the journal If commitment control is used and the file was journaled with IMAGES(*AFTER), commitment control changes the file to *BOTH while the file is under commitment control.
