sometime operator end job when it is time to do backup.  There is a one time 
job that I created and I do not want them to have the option of endding it when 
it is running.

Maybe I'm not getting something, but isn't that the operators job?

Seems to me that, if you don't want the operator canceling a particular
job, you probably don't want them doing anything to the job.
