Maybe try running a WRKUSRJOB USER(*ALL) STATUS(*ACTIVE) JOBTYPE(*INTERACT) and see if the unconnected TN5250e devices that reject an incoming connection are in DSC (disconnected) status? If so, change QDSCJOBITV (Time interval before disconnected jobs end)?
