RUNRMTCMD

We are moving a job from an NT server to a WIN23K server.  We have an
RPG/ILE program that reads a data area and processes the commands using
RUNRMTCMD.
When we point the program to the NT server, it works.  When we point to
the WIN23K server, it does not work.
Now comes the funn part, the iSeries is at V5R2 PTF level TL04244,
iSeries access running on the server is V5R2 with the latest service
pack.
When I process the RUNRMTCMD from a command line it the command I what
to execute will, I tried first with a simple DIR and then I tried the
executable residing on the server and it worked.
I did the same process with creating a CL program and the results were
the same, both jobs ran.  The developer tried to process through the RPG
program and it fails.
Anyone have any ideas?
