Create your Public subsystem, and then use the ADDWSE command as follows:
Add Work Station Entry (ADDWSE)
Type choices, press Enter.
Subsystem description . . . . . > publicsbsd
Library . . . . . . . . . . . > publiclib
Work station name, or . . . . . > pub*
Work station type . . . . . . . *
Job description . . . . . . . . > PUBLICJOBD
Library . . . . . . . . . . . *LIBL
Maximum active jobs . . . . . . *NOMAX
Allocation . . . . . . . . . . . > *ENTER
*ENTER
The work stations associated with this work entry are not
allocated when the subsystem is started. However, the
interactive jobs associated with the work stations are allowed
to enter this subsystem through the Transfer Job (TFRJOB) command.
