Simple Trigger Program

  Is it possible to define a physical file trigger to fire when a specific
  field is changed, or is it only possible to detect the changed record.  We
  don't have any triggers on our files (it was like that when I got here!),
  and I finally came across a reason to use one (hence my very first trigger
  program).
