Fw: DDM over IP, but not Data queue and Dataarea ?

I tried:
CRTDTAARA DTAARA(QTEMP/DUH2) 
          TYPE(*DDM) 
          RMTDTAARA(ROB/SPECIAL)
          RMTLOCNAME(*RDB) 
          RDB(GDWEB) 

And on the other machine (GDWEB):
CRTDTAARA DTAARA(ROB/SPECIAL) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10) VALUE('HI')

However when I do a 
DSPDTAARA QTEMP/DUH2
I get:
