I believe this might be considered a "break in the chain". If you displayed the journal entries using start at "CURRENT" or "CURCHAIN" it will only display entries since you started the journaling again. You will likely have to reference the receiver you are looking for directly by name. This is the procedure I used last night to recreate a physical file so it could pick up new field text descriptions: 1. Ended journalling on the physical file (ENDJRNPF) 2. Copied the Data in the physical file to a tempoary file 3. Deleted the physical file 4. Recreated the physical file without and DB changes 5. Copied the data back into it 6. Started journalling (STRJRNPF) the phsical file again using the same Journal Receiver Here's my question. When I look at the journal entries, there is no prior data. There are only journal entries from the time after the file was recreated.
