The page loaded very quickly for me using Firefox 1.0.3 in Linux. The menus do not expand, though. Sometimes clicking on the plus sign opens a new window with an expanded menu, but that new window doesn't seem to navigate the old window (not that I'd want two windows anyway). Most of the time it just takes me to the topic as if I had clicked the topic instead of the plus. I didn't see a feedback link, but maybe I didn't look hard enough.
