RMTOUTQ Printing to an OKI321

 I have a client printing to several OKI321's using Jetdirects and 
RMTOUTQ's. The problem is they are printing in NLQ and the client wants 
High Speed Draft (HSD ). I know I can go monkey with an WSCST, but is 
there a simpler way?
