I may have missed your point. I was thinking you have an application
that needs to know whether it is being used via a browser or something
else. I was assuming that something else is a regular session via
something like Client Access or some other emulation program. If the IP
number returned is the IP associated with the WSD server then it follows
that it is a browser-based job, if it is anything else it is via some
emulation program.

share the same IP.  Is that what you meant?  If so what would the API
do?
