iSeries Access for Windows(5722-XE1) is a licensed program product. Some 
components require an IBM iSeries Access (5722-XW1) license before you can 
use them.

The following components require an iSeries Access for Windows license:

·                PC5250 Display and Printer Emulator
·                Data Transfer

Everything else can be used for free.  IBM has always licensed CA this 
way.
