HP LaserJet 1020 problem printing

Hi,
Did anybody has an experience with printing on HP LJ 1020 . My client bought 
that type of printer and after config CA writer session in not possible to 
print anything. Every type of configuration (without transform, with transform 
on HP4 ) was made. Any suggestions ??
