We are using the IBM XML extenders (5722-DE1) along with MQSeries to send
and received data between different systems.

The process is working fine at V5R2 even though it took a lot of work to get
it stable.

We recently were able to test upgrading OS/400 to V5R3 during a disaster
recovery test and after doing so couldn't get any XML processes to function.

I remember reading somewhere that you have to "disable" the extenders and
then "enable" them, but I can't put my hands on the document describing how
to do this.

My question is this. What is the procedure for upgrading the XML extenders
to V5R3? Is it just a matter of enabling them correctly? If so, how is that
done?

Kenneth
