I don't have the error handy but that I have seen a couple of times is that when the USRPRF references a JOBD it can't find you "MAY" get a licensing error. Check the joblog for the affected user by signing on from a existing session and if you see it can't find the JOBD and has switched to QDFTJOBD... fix that and see if that helps _____________________ Kirk Goins CCNA Systems Engineer, Manage Inc.
