I don't have the error handy but that I have seen a couple of times is 
that when the USRPRF references a JOBD it can't find you "MAY" get a 
licensing error. Check the joblog for the affected user by signing on from 
a existing session and if you see it can't find the JOBD and has switched 
to QDFTJOBD... fix that and see if that helps

When trying to connect via Client Access 5250 I am receiving the following
error:
CWBLM0400 - unKnown Failure.
mainRC=9052 rc=274d rc2=0

The AS400 is at V5R3M0
