We use IFS folders to communicate extensively between our model 270 running
V5R2, a Windows 2000 server and our client machines running XP. Older programs
create .CSV files in the QDLS library, new programs have been designed to use
the QOpenSys library. At some recent point we lost the ability to delete the
files and folders located in the QDLS library using Explorer in windows. We
receive a "Cannot delete filename: It is being used by another person or
program." The files can be deleted using Ops Navigator or a 5250 screen. The
files and folders in the QOpenSys library can be deleted using Explorer. Has
anyone run into this issue?
