Not exactly - was asking for outfile. Try this

DSPOBJD OBJ(*ALLUSR)           
        OBJTYPE(*LIB)          
        OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)       
        OUTFILE(QGPL/ALLUSRLIB)

with whatever outfile name you want, of course.
