Isn't this an oxymoron?  NOBODY switches to Oracle for cost savings.

And, to boot, TWICE in the last month our PRODUCTION Oracle instance has 
been taken down for a FULL DAY because of Oracle patches that were applied 
to the system (that's TWO entire days of lost production for a multinational 
company).

We're still recovering from the one that happened last week!
