        IIRC isn't it in Control Panel/System
then its on one of the Tabs where u can switch
it off.
I could be wrong tho' ...

  How  do  you turn off Microsoft  auto  upgrade  feature to AVOID the SP2 
massive  downloads schedules for April 12 when the  blocker will no longer 
function.

  I am thinking it  would be  better to  come into the  XP2 upgrade 
cycle  a few weeks behind the Masses
