We had a thread today related to this - there's an article by Kent Milligan 
where he lists the trigger buffer data that is NOT available - trigger event, 
trigger time, commit level, relative record number, file name, library name, 
and member name. The link to the whole article is

 called "Uncovering V5R1 Triggers" I'm going to assume that the offsets and 
lengths to old and new records and null maps are also not available - SQL 
probably uses them for its own purposes.
