That leaves the address (switch setting) which must also be 0.

If you check the device description for your terminal (ie. dspdevd dsp01), it should read...
Port number . . . . . . . . . . . : 0
Switch setting . . . . . . . . . . : 0


Most terminals no longer use switches to set the twinax address. Instead, they are configured in software. Typically you power the terminal up with the space bar depressed. If you're not sure, post the make/model of your terminal.
