This is VERY poorly documented but some can be found
in numerous manuals.

I would look in several of the "Printing I-V" manuals.
There may be a Printing VI out by now...(All Red Books)

There is also a collection of fonts that can be purchased
called AFP Font Collection.

There is a fair number of various supported fonts in a
older manual called OS/400 Printer Device Programming.

If you are looking for a single source of all the fonts supported in one place, it doesn't exist.

Soooo, it all depends on what you looking for. AFP,native,
IPDS or "other".

Of course there is always HPT which handles fonts even
another way.

One other point.... fonts are heavily dependent on the
printer being used and the connection method.

One way to see a LOT of fonts supported is to key in
CHGPRTF and roll forward to font ID... Press F4 to see
many of the more common FGID's supported.

Hi all,

Do you know where could I get a list with the AS/400's Font IDs and
their corresponding names? Something like Font ID nn, Name "Courier"?
