The mochasoft emulator now recognizes URL links on green screens and highlights them and allows for them to be clickable. No STRPCO/CA is required. The emulator is certainly inexpensive enough. (www.mochasoft.dk) The only problem is that it does not recognize the PC's default browser (mine is Firefox) and starts up IE. But it is a fairly easy, cost effective solution to having a URL link on a green screen. cjg Carl J. I'm not very successfully in getting our tech group to consider changing emulator to CA yet. Our company just merged with another company and we are currently very busy working on integration projects. ==> Green to Web base is pretty much out of question at the moment. We are looking into it though. Which leave me with only one option. All I need is to tech group to approval installing rexec on all the customer service workstations and use RUNRMTCMD to get it to work. Isn't it fun to do a lot of coding to stay behind on technologies. -- This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
