It also looks like there's an AND missing from the second left join:

  LEFT JOIN CK1FLS.L1ITEM L1 ON HC.HCITEM = L1.L1ITNO
  A2.A2PROJ = EC.Project

Should there be an AND before the A2.A2PROJ?
