Huh! I've seen that the heading is different when you use ASTLVL(*BASIC) - something I do not recommend for hardly anyone on any screen, BTW, but that's my humble opinion. Notice that it says "Work with User Enrollment", which is an OfficeVisision concept. It also puts an entry in the system directory.

But, as John noted, CRTUSRPRF did not have the problem. I verified this - the assistance level on WRKUSRPRF (which, BTW, is an additional parameter on the command) does not have an affect on CRTUSRPRF. So, if you MUST have *BASIC assistance level, go get some therapy and use CRTUSRPRF.

Have you checked your assistance level in WRKUSRPRF? If it's set to
BASIC, it tries to do all the OV stuff for you. We had a similar problem
yesterday, and that was what it turned out to be.
