That's exactly how I would've looked up the error code, it's a really easy
way -- much easier than installing the Openness Includes, finding 3489 in
the header file to get the mnemonic ENOSYSRSC and finally searching the
Information Center for that.
The next question is, how do we get IBM to either explain that in their
message text, or use a more meaningful error to begin with? If MIDRANGE-L
didn't exist, how would Tony (or anyone for that matter) know that this is
what he needed to do?
