I see your point, if you open an official pmr all of us will benefit but if I open a PMR I have to document the problem and right now we are pushing only the serious problems (a lot). Beside that, what I cannot handle is a mix between PMR and DCR especially regarding VARPG. There are some visual components that are born in Windows and the functionality is granted but in VARPG you have to code to use them. Any time I addres this kind of problems they disappear.
