iTera Echo2 and Vision Solutions Orion

Thanks to Sarbanes/Oxley, we are finally going to purchase some high
availability software for our two iSeries machines.  

The two finalists are iTera's Echo2 and Vision Solutions Orion.  I would be
very interested in anyone's experiences with these products, good and bad.
Initial setup and ongoing maintenance are especially important to us since
both vendors are quoting a one time setup fee that we would like to avoid,
if possible, and we don't have the staff to dedicate a large amount of time
monitoring the software.
