I experienced the same issue specifically after installing iSeries Access v5r2 on a Windows 2000 toy. I suspect there may have been an iSeries service pack put out not too long after the initial release which addresses the issue, as you will find to be the case with v5r3 and the ability to do screen prints. In any event, I ended up grabbing a new i5/OS server and found the problem immediately disappeared after installing the complimentary iSeries Access v5r3. If it is unique to v5r2, then I'm sure it was picked up on right away and a service pack was published to correct it - check iSeries Access support. In the interim, your workaround is to simply open another instance of PC5250 and use that one. Keep repeating as needed...
