See also: http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200311/msg00194.html I have ftped down the image catalog for the just out v5r3 cume. Got them loaded on to one i5. (Although I did get a funky message about the volume id of the 5th image during the go ptf option 8.) Now I am trying to load them on an iSeries. I did: md '/QFileSvr.400/GDISYS' CRTIMGCLG IMGCLG(GDISYS) DIR('/QFileSvr.400/GDISYS/fixes') ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(GDISYS) FROMFILE('/QFileSvr.400/gdisys/fixes/SF99530_1.bin') TOFILE(*fromfile) ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(GDISYS) FROMFILE('/QFileSvr.400/gdisys/fixes/SF99530_2.bin') TOFILE(*fromfile) ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(GDISYS) FROMFILE('/QFileSvr.400/gdisys/fixes/SF99530_3.bin') TOFILE(*fromfile) ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(GDISYS) FROMFILE('/QFileSvr.400/gdisys/fixes/SF99530_4.bin') TOFILE(*fromfile) ADDIMGCLGE IMGCLG(GDISYS) FROMFILE('/QFileSvr.400/gdisys/fixes/SF99530_5.bin') TOFILE(*fromfile) LODIMGCLG IMGCLG(GDISYS) DEV(OPTVRT01) CPFBC10-Image catalog GDISYS not loaded to device OPTVRT01. OPT1815-Internal program error occurred. CPF93B6-Problem log updated. Opened up a pmr. IBM's response was that, in a future release, they will "enhance" CRTIMGCLG to not even allow you to use QFileSvr.400, QNTC or any other like directory. Only ents could come up with an appropriate curse. Rob Berendt -- Group Dekko Services, LLC Dept 01.073 PO Box 2000 Dock 108 6928N 400E Kendallville, IN 46755 http://www.dekko.com
