V5R3 PTF or ADDJOBSCDE/CHGJOBSCDE re JOBQ

FYI

There was a bug introduced in V5R3 with ADDJOBSCDE & CHGJOBSCDE.  If you 
specified JOBQ(*JOBD) it would resolve & hardcode the job queue name from 
the job description when you added/changed the entry, instead of resolving 
the job queue name from the job description when the job is submitted (as 
it did in every release up to and including V5R2).  There is a PTF to fix 
this, SI16081 not presently on a cumulative PTF package.
