3580-8301 is the U3 cartridge.  (400/800)
3580-8101 is the U2 cartridge.  (200/400)
3580-8001 is the U1 cartridge.  (100/200)
3580-8002 is the Ultrium cleaning cartridge.

#08L9870 are Ultrium2 cartridges, with a native capacity of 200Gb, 400
compressed.  I can't say for sure, but I believe that the 3581-8101 are
the
Ultrium3 tapes, with a native capacity of 400 Gb, 800 compressed.
