No, ABS doesn't do what he wants it simply removes the sign. What Greg originally wanted was for negative results to be shown as zero, not just to remove the sign. I don't know if QMQRY would do that, but personally I would go with John's suggestion of using three queries. One to extract negative results and write records to a new database with the result as zero, a second one to add the positive results to the database and a third to print the report.
