One method is to stop using SNDDST and use the QTmmSendMail api. Dave Leland has a nice wrapper called SNDEMAIL for it. We use it in production here. We've even went so far as to use the Change Command exit point to change all uses of SNDDST to SNDEMAIL. Is your job running under QPGMR? Then you could try.
