I have a program which parses the QHST logs for the job-start(CPF1124)
and job-end (CPF1164) messages. The program uses these messages to
record job statistics. Among other job attributes, it records the
number of CPU seconds used. After reviewing the output of the
program, I have noticed that in some cases CPU time exceeds the
overall job duration, which doesn't make sense.

So, here is the question... How is it possible that the CPU time is
greater than job duration? Is the value of CPU seconds reported as
the sum of time used by all processors (if there are multiple
processors on the system)?
