The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
The switch on the side of the S/38 (that the fingers on your right
hand would twiddle with when standing at the keyboard) was the main
power switch. We had both that switch and the Emergency Pull on the
face of the console.
After one accident with the main power switch, we took one of the
magnetic covers the phone company used to cover some of their cable
junctions and plunked it over the switch. No more problems.
