QSYRTVUP is not an API so you won't find any documentation on it. You
don't mention what you're trying to do but as QSYRTVUP is the CPP for
RTVUSRPRF I would suggest you look at the Retrieve User Information
(QSYRUSRI) API and see if that will provide the necessary information. The
API should also be a whole lot more stable...

Does anyone have a list of parameter for using this API under V5R3 as well
as an older version? I cannot find the header spec in the QSYSINC library.
Cannot find in the info center. Ran the API finder and had no luck. We
have an old program calling this program with 60 parameters and it requires
64. Need to know what changed between V5R1 and V5R3?
