Best bet would be a Telnet/TN5250 to run on the pocketPC. There must be 
one around that would work. After all, there were TN5250 programs that ran 
on DOS.

IBM has HATS and Webfacing. I don't know how well it would work on a
Pocket PC, but both of these will certainly convert 5250 to HTML.
